In conjunction with Durty Events and Glasgow Triathlon Club, Funding Neuro are delighted to announce our second annual official 10km road race, returning to the Strathclyde Park circuit in May!

This is a great route for both absolutely beginners and seasoned runners, heading around the lake within the park.

Durty Events and Glasgow Triathlon Club are working together to delivery a major and exciting festival of multi-sport incorporating Triathlon and 10km running at Strathclyde Park – the much praised venue for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games Triathlon. Strathclyde Park Multisport Festival will be hosting the triathlonscotland Scottish Standard Distance Triathlon Championships, and also the Scottish Mixed Team Relay Triathlon Championship! Entries for all races are open to all-comers.

The Festival will be held on CLOSED ROADS, and another point to remember is there is very little in the way of hills along the route, which can only be a good thing.
See here for details.

Entry for the Funding Neuro 10k at 11am on the Saturday morning is now OPEN! To sign up click here to register or if you have any questions please contact us on 0141 530 4424.

Our great friend Alan Kennedy organises a run club from his cafe on Great Western Road on Tuesdays at 6.30pm. This is your opportunity to get some training in for the run, with something for everyone as all levels of ability are catered for. Alan offers a 2 month 10k training plan so this is your chance!
